Direct Hire Fee for Salaried employees

16% of annual salary

Billed NET 15 days

*This includes fully screened candidates
*90 day guarantee
*Reimbursement options or replacement guarantee

Example: We hire a PM for you at 120K/yr, your fee would be $19,200.00

Direct Hire Fee for hourly employees


$900 Billed after start, the other $900 billed after the employee has been employed for 45 days

*This includes 60 day guarantee of replacement
*Employee is on your payroll and LPS is indemnified of all responsibility

 Fee for temp to hire/contract (management, engineers, manufacturing and low risk hires only)

1.51% mark up on hourly wage

Billed weekly (Net 15)

We have recently partnered with a full cycle back office/payroll company.  Insurance will be provided, payroll, background checks, drug screens, new hire paperwork, FUTA/FICA/SUTA and much more!

Retainer Option


Due within 48 hrs of signing CSA AND fully refundable IF we fail to provide any hirable applicants

Salaried- only 13%
Hourly- $1400.00



Billed monthly per candidate we place

This is to help with all clients and their needs who are struggling financially due to COVID.
We will bill 1500.00 every 15 days for our 90 day guarantee and then bill the remaining balance of the 16% fee after the 90 days is exhausted.
